通過將A,B兩組分混合固化獲得MS密封膠膜。各組分紅外光譜圖如圖1(a)所示。MS密封膠PET-A,PET-B是由小分子多元醇和多元酸單體通過熔融縮聚法制備。從紅外光譜中，可以觀察到32503660cm處為MS密封膠的一()H伸縮振動峰，表明由單體酷化縮聚反應(yīng)合成的MS密封膠含有豐富的輕基。2870,2950cm的吸收峰為CHZ的吸收峰。1740cm對應(yīng)酷基中的C=O伸縮振動峰，這是由于含有一COOH的單體與含一OH單體之間發(fā)生酷化反應(yīng)生成聚酷。此外譜圖中未觀察到一COOH特征峰，證明反應(yīng)完成。在pre-PU-A紅外光譜圖中，-OH特征峰消失，在3690cm-和1530cm-處出現(xiàn)MS密封膠中-NH的伸縮振動峰和彎曲振動峰1610cm處為MS密封膠中C=O特征峰。在2260cm處出現(xiàn)的新峰歸屬于一ICO中C=N伸縮振動峰。在聚氨酷紅外譜圖中，-NCO特征峰未被檢測到，證明固化完成。同時(shí)，MS密封膠中一IH伸縮振動峰相較pre-PU-A中向低波數(shù)方向發(fā)生遷移，可能是因?yàn)楣袒瓿珊笊筛嗟陌被姿峥徭I之間產(chǎn)生氫鍵作用。MS密封膠的結(jié)構(gòu)通過H-NMR表征。如圖1(b)所示，在8=4.2sX10處的信號峰為與一OC=O相連的亞甲基上的氫質(zhì)子峰，在8=2.3X10處為與一COO相連的亞甲基上的氫質(zhì)子峰，a在2.sX104.3X10之間的信號峰為與0相連的兩個(gè)亞甲基上的氫質(zhì)子峰。圖1()中，a在.sXlo-g.oXlo-之間為苯環(huán)上兩個(gè)氫質(zhì)子峰，a在2.sX10-4.sX10-之間為與一oc=o相連的兩個(gè)亞甲基上氫質(zhì)子峰，a在2.3X10處為與一(:oo相連的亞甲基上的氫質(zhì)子峰，a在l.oXlo處為新戊二醇中甲基上的氫質(zhì)子峰。綜上，MS密封膠被成功制備。http://ago-games.com/
