反應(yīng)型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中高反應(yīng)性的NCO基團(tuán)以及固化物結(jié)構(gòu)中的氨基甲酸醋基團(tuán)與木材、皮革、玻璃、橡膠和金屬等含活性氫的材料具有良好的化學(xué)粘接性能，已廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車、電纜、皮革和制鞋等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。由于NCO基團(tuán)常溫下能與空氣中的水分反應(yīng)，這有可能縮短硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的貯存期，降低粘接性能，研究人員將聚氨醋中的NCO基團(tuán)與封閉劑反應(yīng)，開發(fā)了封閉型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于封閉型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的研究應(yīng)用還較少，且大多數(shù)產(chǎn)品的粘接反應(yīng)只限于解封后緩慢的濕固化反應(yīng)。本研究將封閉物和擴(kuò)鏈劑異佛爾酮二胺(IPDA)混合制備了單組分封閉型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，使用時(shí)無需計(jì)量混合，同時(shí)膠茹劑可以較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間貯存(10個(gè)月未見固化)，封閉型聚氨醋在熱解封時(shí)通過和體系中混合好的擴(kuò)鏈劑反應(yīng)并固化。
曲線1一3分別為預(yù)聚物、封閉物、封閉物解封(150℃，未加擴(kuò)鏈劑)的FT-I R曲線�？梢�，曲線1中預(yù)聚物在2 270 cm處有異氰酸醋特征吸收峰，表明預(yù)聚物內(nèi)存在NCO基團(tuán);發(fā)生封閉反應(yīng)后，曲線2在2 270 cm處的異氰酸醋特征吸收峰消失，表明NCO基團(tuán)被封閉;在150℃加熱使其解封，未加擴(kuò)鏈劑，解封產(chǎn)物又在曲線3中的2 270 cm處出現(xiàn)吸收峰，說明發(fā)生了解封反應(yīng)生成NCO基團(tuán)。曲線3在2 270 cm的峰面積比預(yù)聚物的峰面積小，說明在150℃下封閉型聚氨醋部分解封，只有少量NCO生成。http://ago-games.com/
