對(duì)封閉物、封閉物和擴(kuò)鏈劑IPDA的混合物分別進(jìn)行了熱分析，研究丁基防水嵌縫膠的熱穩(wěn)定性及其組分。圖2中曲線1和曲線2分別為封閉物、封閉物和擴(kuò)鏈劑發(fā)生解封和擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)的DSC曲線。
可見(jiàn)，曲線1中，封閉物從120℃附近開(kāi)始解封，吸收熱量，在159℃出現(xiàn)峰值。曲線2中，在120℃曲線開(kāi)始水平，說(shuō)明解封的NCO基團(tuán)和擴(kuò)鏈劑IPDA的伯胺發(fā)生擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)，并放出熱量，解封反應(yīng)的吸熱量和擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)的放熱量接近;在130℃以上，隨著溫度升高，解封反應(yīng)加速，擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)的放熱量大于解封反應(yīng)的吸熱量，所以曲線向上，并在156℃出現(xiàn)放熱峰值，與曲線1在159℃出現(xiàn)解封反應(yīng)峰值的溫度接近，擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)在180℃附近結(jié)束。
預(yù)聚物NCO基含量對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠性能的影響
當(dāng)擴(kuò)鏈系數(shù)為0. 95，后固化時(shí)間為7d，預(yù)聚物NCO基含量對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度和硬度的影響如表1所示。
由表1可知，當(dāng)擴(kuò)鏈系數(shù)和后固化時(shí)間固定時(shí)，隨著預(yù)聚物NCO基含量的增加，丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度和硬度增加。這是因?yàn)樵黾宇A(yù)聚物NCO基含量，氨基甲酸醋基團(tuán)含量增加，硬段含量增加，所以丁基防水嵌縫膠的拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度和硬度增加。http://ago-games.com/
