當預聚物NCO質量分數為9. 4%，后固化時間為7d時，擴鏈系數對MS密封膠拉伸剪切強度和硬度的影響如表2所示。表2擴鏈系數對MS密封膠性能的影響擴鏈系數拉伸剪切強度/MPa召仔A硬度可知，當預聚物NCO含量和后固化時間不變時，隨擴鏈系數增加，MS密封膠的拉伸剪切強度和硬度先增大后減小，并且在擴鏈系數為0. 95時最大。因為擴鏈系數<<1. 0時，MS密封膠在固化時發(fā)生了兩個擴鏈反應，一個是異氰酸醋和IPDA的擴鏈反應，一個是后固化時殘留的異氰酸醋基和水的擴鏈反應。隨著擴鏈系數的增加，兩個反應中IPDA的擴鏈反應占比增加，而水的擴鏈反應占比下降，MS密封膠的拉伸剪切強度和硬度增大，說明IPDA擴鏈的MS密封膠拉伸剪切強度和硬度高于水擴鏈的MS密封膠;當擴鏈系數為1. 0時，解封的異氰酸醋基團與水分存在副反應，少量的IPDA沒與異氰酸醋發(fā)生擴鏈反應，起增塑作用，造成MS密封膠拉伸剪切強度和硬度降低。擴鏈系數為0. 95時，NCO稍過量，保證了固化，MS密封膠的拉伸剪切強度和硬度最大，達到5. 97MPa，邵A硬度為99。http://ago-games.com/
