丁基防水嵌縫膠成型后，還要在代定條件下熟化，使擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)繼續(xù)進(jìn)行，以達(dá)到軟段相和硬段相規(guī)整排列，形成結(jié)晶。在一定后熟化溫度下均存在最佳后熟化時問，該點膠塊拉伸強度和伸長率同時達(dá)到最大，且丁基防水嵌縫膠的性能較穩(wěn)定。
可看出，后熟化時間對聚氨醋有較大影響。隨著后熟化時間的延長，硬度和拉伸強度一直增加，而斷裂伸長率則先增加后減小。當(dāng)后熟化時間)lOh，硬度、伸長率和拉伸強度基本不再變化。這是因為聚氨醋在初步硬化后，大分子鏈還未完全生成，體系內(nèi)仍然存在著游離的異氰酸醋基團(tuán);隨著后熟化時間延長，擴(kuò)鏈反應(yīng)完全，其力學(xué)性能也趨于穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)后熟化時間過短，微相分離不完全;后熟化時間過長，容易產(chǎn)生較多腮基，影響其力學(xué)性能。
可看出，后熟化溫度在80-140 ℃，其硬度、斷裂伸長率及拉伸強度隨溫度的升高而增大。可認(rèn)為，聚氨醋在后熟化階段軟硬段的活動與溫度有關(guān)，溫度越高，活動性越強，達(dá)到規(guī)整排列時間越短，達(dá)到最佳穩(wěn)定力學(xué)性能時間也越短;但熟化溫度太高，容易產(chǎn)生縮二腮基團(tuán)，導(dǎo)致拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率等力學(xué)性能變低。若后熟化溫度太低，微相分離不完全，力學(xué)性能達(dá)不到最佳穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。一般后熟化溫度為120140℃，時間為4-lOh。http://ago-games.com/
