AFCONA-3285用量對(duì)MS密封膠性能影響。由表3可知，AFCONA-3285含量為1.2%時(shí)，MS密封膠具有較高的勃度、較高的聚合物數(shù)均分子量較低的剝離力和較好的熱穩(wěn)定性和膠膜性能，因此，本研究選擇AFCONA-3285的最佳用量為1.2%。
隨著二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比增加，MS密封膠的勃度逐漸增加。然而，當(dāng)二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)，勃度達(dá)到最低值，因此選擇二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)能獲得較低的勃度。隨著二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比增加，聚合物的Mn逐漸增加。同樣地，當(dāng)二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)，Mn最低，表明此物質(zhì)的量比下，聚合物鏈的斷裂或降解較少。因此，選擇二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)能夠保持較高的聚合物分子量。隨著二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比增加，剝離力逐漸增加。當(dāng)二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)，剝離力達(dá)到最低值。選擇二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)能獲得較低的剝離力，從而提高M(jìn)S密封膠的剝離性能。經(jīng)過200℃烘烤后，剝離力進(jìn)一步增加。當(dāng)二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)，200℃烘烤后的剝離力最低。這表明選擇二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.71時(shí)，200℃烘烤能夠提高M(jìn)S密封膠的熱穩(wěn)定性，減少在高溫下的勃附力。當(dāng)二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為0.7:1時(shí)，經(jīng)過200℃烘烤后膠膜的性質(zhì)最好，沒有殘膠和轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象。隨著二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比增加，表面電阻值基本保持穩(wěn)定。因此，在選擇二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比時(shí)，表面電阻值不是主要的考慮因素。綜上，本研究選擇最佳的二元醇/三元醇物質(zhì)的量比為如表。http://ago-games.com/
