對(duì)建筑外墻接縫寬度進(jìn)行測量，從而獲取注膠深度，合理的接縫寬度可以保障MS密封膠的填充效果，從而優(yōu)化施工質(zhì)量。按照施工相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定，外墻接縫寬度應(yīng)不小于巧mm，為保障實(shí)際施工效果，需及時(shí)檢查接縫處是否存在板塊破損等問題，若接縫寬度過小，需采用工具切割出合理寬度，若接縫寬度過大，可填塞襯墊材料，避免注膠時(shí)浪費(fèi)MS密封膠材料。當(dāng)確認(rèn)施工現(xiàn)場接縫處的位置與寬度后，即可開始進(jìn)行正式施工。
施工面清理
在正式開始進(jìn)行施工項(xiàng)目外墻接縫防水MS密封膠施工時(shí)，應(yīng)先清理施工面雜物，保證施工面整潔。首先，可以使用刷子或吸塵器等工具來清除表面積聚的雜物，如灰塵、泥土、碎片等;其次可以使用清潔劑，在施工面上徹底清洗去污，確保徹底清除污垢和油脂，以確保MS密封膠的附著力，并用清水沖洗表面，確保將清潔劑殘留物完全沖洗干凈;最終，在施工面清洗完畢后，可以利用自然通風(fēng)或空氣干燥設(shè)備來加速干燥過程，確保表面充分干燥。通過以上清理方式，保障施工現(xiàn)場干凈整潔，減少雜物和不良影響。
填人襯墊材料
若接縫處尺寸存在偏差，則可在其中填人襯墊材料，本文施工方案選擇泡沫棒作為襯墊材料，所選泡沫棒寬度要大于接縫寬度25%左右，當(dāng)填人泡沫棒后，需保證填人材料保持干燥狀態(tài)。
粘貼美紋紙
在進(jìn)行接縫處底涂之前，對(duì)外墻接縫周圍粘貼美紋紙，避免MS密封膠施工污染外墻。
底涂施工
選擇適合的底涂材料，在接縫位置的水泥基材兩面涂刷，涂刷過程中確保涂層的厚度均勻且覆蓋面積充足。
MS密封膠填充
當(dāng)應(yīng)用雙組分MS密封膠時(shí)，需要通過混膠機(jī)混勻后再進(jìn)行施工。當(dāng)雙組分MS密封膠混勻后，即可進(jìn)行注膠，通過緩慢動(dòng)作施膠，保障接縫填滿MS密封膠材料，從而完成接縫填充。http://ago-games.com/
