硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠填充完畢后，需采用刮刀對(duì)施膠處反向進(jìn)行一次按壓，保證接縫處膠體美觀。之后即可除去美紋紙，并對(duì)周圍墻面附著的膠體進(jìn)行清理，從而完成施工。
測(cè)試硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣的基礎(chǔ)性能情況，以此評(píng)估試樣的可用性，測(cè)試結(jié)果如表1所示。
由可知，對(duì)比不同硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠試樣，可以看出硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的表干時(shí)間最短，而SR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的表干時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)，通常情況下，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的表干時(shí)間越短越好，因?yàn)檫@意味著膠水能夠更快地形成強(qiáng)固的粘接。同時(shí)，在3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠中，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的環(huán)保性、耐候性以及彈性等指標(biāo)均保持較高水平，而其他2組試樣針對(duì)部分指標(biāo)性能較弱，可見(jiàn)，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠基礎(chǔ)性能更好。
對(duì)浸泡后的每組試樣進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試，分析每組試樣在浸泡完成7d后的表觀變化情況，以此驗(yàn)證試樣的耐侵蝕性，測(cè)試結(jié)果如表2所示。
由可知，當(dāng)3種試樣經(jīng)過(guò)無(wú)水乙醇浸泡后，在7d內(nèi)并未發(fā)生表觀變化問(wèn)題，說(shuō)明3種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠均能夠抵抗無(wú)水乙醇的侵蝕，而采用90#汽油浸泡時(shí)，SR試樣、MSPU試樣表觀并未發(fā)生變化，但PU試樣表面出現(xiàn)輕微膨脹，導(dǎo)致表觀變形，當(dāng)使用10%NaCI溶液浸泡時(shí)，SR試樣、PU試樣均出現(xiàn)了變色，僅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在7d內(nèi)仍然保持良好的質(zhì)量;同時(shí)，采用其他溶液浸泡后，MSPU試樣表觀均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重變化，由此可以看出，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的耐侵蝕性能更強(qiáng)，可以抵御更惡劣的外部環(huán)境侵蝕。http://ago-games.com/
